Aside from technicians adopted from China, we also employ overseas managing experts and consulting company to provide professional training for local staff.
Quality
Overlooked by overseas consulting company, production process is being observed to maintain high-efficiency production management level, quality material control and finished products' quality in order to cater to the international market needs. We have obtained the certificate of ISO9002 on 2002.
Future development
Facing with increasing rivalry in this traditional products, we are not just improving the caster features, designs and quality, we also exploring some environment-friendly plastic to replace traditional PVC, RUBBER material. Our caster are mainly made of TPE which is a kind of elastomer shaped by hot-injection process, the advantage is non-toxic, elastic, and durable.
Future investment
We are dedicated to continuously renew and improve molds, import advanced machinery, enlarge production capacity, expand factory and improve warehouse system to cope with the World's chain managing system.
