QC/Technical Support A team of 40 engineers, quality inspectors and specifically-trained staff compose our in-house quality control department. QC Staff 40 to 49 Impact test machine Load capacity testing machine Procedures/testing Details We have different testing platforms for different kinds of caster as follows: Conduct wear testing Cold-weather testing Loading testing Impact testing Life testing, etc. We test materials and components before production takes place and then, other testing will be done during production. Random checking is to be done to ensure products are in good quality. Of course, we also test finished products before and after they are packed as well as before they are delivered. Other Information Each production line is overlooked by a number of 15 QC staff and one supervisor. Supervisor carries out quality check on products randomly. As each team has its own number, staff can easily locate the specific production line once problem occurs.
